Nurturing Young Minds for a Bright Future

Dear Parents and Carers,

The term is flying by already!  This week we had a visit from Kate, who leads the OPAL project (Outdoor play and learning) in our school. We completed our OPAL audit and after three years of hard work, we have achieved an OPAL gold award!

Thank you to Kate from OPAL for her support, our staff for creating wonderful opportunities for our children and our children for embracing this experience.

Thank you to our governors for coming in for a classroom visit today. The governors observed a ‘Ready, Steady, Write’ session and looked through children’s books to observe writing progress.

Next week we are ending the half-term with a Halloween/Autumn dress-up day on Friday.

Have a lovely weekend!

Miss Sara Leggott
