Dear Parents and Carers, 
What a lovely week we have had! On Monday, the juniors took part in Walkability, giving the children important road safety skills.
The juniors had a wonderful trip to Farmwise in Exeter on Tuesday. They made their own apple juice, tasted bacon cake, held chicks and so much more! Thank you to Mrs Connell and Leah for taking the class and Mr Balding for driving the minibus.
On Thursday I had a meeting with Jane Jeyes regarding an update on Brayford playground. We will be involved in designing a logo for the playground, which is very exciting! I have also attached some fundraising ideas from Jane if any parents would like to get involved.
We are looking forward to ‘Hello Yellow Day’ and are raising money for the charity ‘Young Minds’. We value the importance of children’s mental health and wellbeing at our school and are always reflecting on new ways to support our children.
Next week we have Tempest photography on Tuesday afternoon. This is an opportunity for individual and family photos.
