Nurturing Young Minds for a Bright Future

Dear Parents and Carers,

We have had another busy time at our school. This week in our assemblies we have been focussed on British Values. We discussed democracy, rule of the law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs.

It is always lovely to have sensible and thought-provoking discussions with our children.

Whilst on playground duty this week, I have seen some lovely examples of our older children playing with the younger ones and offering to help and guide them. A special mention to our year 6 children who have been setting a good example by showing kindness towards our Brumbles Bees.

We have a busy week coming up with Walkability and Farmwise, the children are looking forward to these experiences.

Have a lovely weekend!
