Nurturing Young Minds for a Bright Future

Dear Parents and Carers,

We have had a lovely week in cooler temperatures! The children finished their assessments this week. Well done to all of them.

On Tuesday we welcomed a new Brumble Bee. The children were very friendly and kind. We are looking forward to him starting in September.

This week I attended the Festival of Education with the other heads of schools in our Trust. It is always a great opportunity to attend educational conferences and share new ideas ready for September.

We have a busy week coming up! On Monday we have Sports day (please come into school wearing your PE kit for the day). The year 3 and 4 children will also attend their residential at Wildside from Wednesday to Friday. Mr Pester is looking forward to lots of adventures and learning with the children.

Next Friday the children will take part in an art day with others across the trust. This is lead by Mrs Lawrence at High Bickington School and is always a great event for the children.

Have a lovely weekend!

Miss Sara Leggott
