Nurturing Young Minds for a Bright Future

Dear Parents and Carers,  

We have had another busy week at Brayford Academy! 

Frankie has been having a wonderful time in London and has represented our school so well.  Thank you to Leah for covering the office while Molly is in London.

The infants enjoyed another session at Falcons Gymnastics on Tuesday. This week they were balancing and jumping off the bar, creating shapes and navigating an obstacle course!

Thank you for bearing with us regarding lunches this week. We apologise for the inconvenience but really do appreciate your understanding.

Our current whole-school attendance stands at 89.64%. We must continue to emphasise how important regular attendance is. Every day missed from school is lost learning, and persistent lateness also has a significant impact on children’s progress, confidence and sense of belonging. Thank you for your continued support in helping children arrive on time, every day.

Gymnastics Week 2!
During the infant's second gymnastics session, the children showed growing confidence and curiosity as they explored the equipment. Many infants were more comfortable with the space, engaging in rolling, crawling, and supported balancing activities with enthusiasm.
