Nurturing Young Minds for a Bright Future

Dear Parents and Carers,

This week the junior children had their last session with the North Devon Hospice. We are very grateful for the opportunity that was given to our children.

On Thursday we had a visit from our School Improvement Officer. Mr Swait commented on how well behaved and engaged our children were. The children showed excellent learning behaviours as we walked around the school and observed lessons. Mr Swait spoke to children from both classes about their learning, and they were very sensible and polite. Well done to our children!

We have exciting activities planned next week with an Easter afternoon for both classes on Wednesday. Thank you to the PTA for providing us with crafts and resources for our children.

Next week –

Monday – Presentation to the Guide Dogs for the Blind (money raised from our Christmas Fayre.

Tuesday – Mrs Joselin will be teaching in the infant class.

Wednesday – PE & Easter afternoon activities.

Thursday – Last Forest School session for the juniors.

                       END OF TERM

Have a lovely weekend!

Miss Sara Leggott
