Nurturing Young Minds for a Bright Future

Dear Parents and Carers,

We had another busy but lovely week! We welcomed a new Brumble Bee who has settled in very well.

This week the PTFA met for their AGM and voted Mrs Williamson as the new chair. We wanted to say thank you to Mrs Allsup for all she has done as chair of the PTFA, we are very grateful.

During the AGM, the other member roles were confirmed.

Mrs Coad - Treasurer

Mrs Swann - Secretary

Mrs Stapleford - Safeguarding Officer

Mrs Balding – School Liaison Officer

Thank you to the members for giving up their time to support our children and the school. We really appreciate it.

This week we discussed our school council and children who may like to join. It is very important to us that our children have a voice in our school. If your child would like to be a member, please write a letter to me stating why you think you would be good at this role!

The junior children enjoyed their Forest School session last week despite the rain! This also gave the infants the opportunity to have a music lesson with Mr Pester. It is lovely to be able to use our expertise across the school to benefit our children.

The new style newsletter was sent out last week and we would welcome any feedback. The newsletters will now be similar throughout the Trust, and we would love to know your views.

Have a lovely weekend!

Miss Sara Leggott
