Throughout the day, the children learnt about how to stay safe by the sea, explored basic lifesaving techniques, and gained a greater understanding of the important role lifeguards play in keeping everyone safe. They also had the opportunity to cool off in the sea, which was a real highlight of the day and provided lots of smiles and laughter in the warm weather!
